Chapter Leader 2025 IFFM Convocation Checklist​

 

• Bring or send the list of the names and contact information for all invited delegates from your chapter who you expect to come to the Convocation. And the dates and time of their arrival. When they arrive in Columbus, OH call: 614-416-8500 ext 5 for transportation.

 

• Bring or send the roster of the names and contact information of all of your chapter members at home whether they are attending or not.

 

• Bring or send your written Annual Report of your IFFM activities in your chapter.

 

• Bring or send your $210 USD for fees.

 

• Send pictures or videos of your chapter in an activity or in a group sending congratulations to IFFM on its 18th Anniversary. These pictures will be included in the Souvenir Journal and must be received by July 4, 2024. Make sure you identify your chapter and what is going on in the pictures and/or videos.

 

• Remind each delegate that they will need $210 USD ($300 USD for single occupancy) to register for the Convocation and stay in the hotel. Also, that their stay will only be covered for Wednesday night, July 23 – Sunday night, July 27, 2025.

 

• Plan to have a group in your home country to watch the Convocation streamed live or at some later date.

 

• Collect and submit the names of Wise School Graduates along with $10 per person for their official Wise School Certificate.
